Ever since I saw that orange-red dress in Goong, I've been watching out for tiered dresses (this Jonathan Saunders one came close, but not close enough). Then the ruffle trend came along, and my weak mind absorbed that too. I prefer ruffles on non-clothing items (being short makes them harder to pull off), although if I do wear them I have two rules: a) the ruffles must continue on the back (i.e. no coffin clothes) and b) only wear ruffles where you want to add girth (i.e. not my hips). What you guys think? Are these too frou-frou? Or just frou-frou enough?
UPDATE: Thanks, Coutorture!
